In response to the world wide hacking epidemic where numerous online brands have been hacked, on July 24, 2018 Google released its new updated browser Chrome 68. It will now require all sites to have SSL Certification (Secure Sockets Layer). A site that has HTTPS (note the S at the end) has a public key certificate that encrypts sensitive information.
