Lead Technical Specialist

Leslie has over 34 years of experience in technical support. Leslie is our Help Desk Team Lead. Leslie prioritizes and schedules problems, even escalating problems, when required, to the appropriately experienced technician. Throughout the process she records, tracks, and documents the help desk request problem-solving process to the final resolution. Leslie applies diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting as needed applies software updates, drivers, and keeps up to date on new technology.  Leslie is also our WordPress Implementer and Administrator.

Leslie holds several professional certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA) from CompTIA, Network+, AIIM’s Electronic Records Management Master (ermm), AIIM’s Electronic Content Management Practioner (ecmp).

Jim Weiskopf

Sys Admin - Help Desk Team Lead

Jim is an experienced IT Professional with 19+ years specializing in Enterprise back-office technology and end–user support. He has worked as a project member of complex ERP implementations, including 2 SAP implementations (Basis Printer team), building a new 2nd level Systems Administration team, cross training members to be able to take and resolve most 2nd & 3rd level tickets. His team included a Cisco Engineer, a UNIX guru, an Operations/SAP Basis person, a Windows admin, along with Exchange, Active Directory & VMWare. His skills include expertise in working with Windows Servers (NT – 2012 R2), Virtualization (VMware), system imaging (Ghost & Veeam), Backup (Net Backup, Veeam, CommVault, Avamar & TSM Tivoli), architected and tested off-site DR, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange administration (5.5 – 2010) and building 2 Active Directory’s. Advanced hands-on experience with Windows, Servers, Exchange, VMware, AD, Backups, Systems Administration, and Helpdesk Management. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I).

Miriam provides administrative support and takes the lead in helping clients achieve successful Google Ads campaigns. She works closely with clients to achieve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) across different digital platforms.  She creates and designs marketing campaigns, conducts market research and creates social media marketing campaigns.  Miriam is part of the Google’s Partner Program through her content work.
