Leslie has over 40 years of experience in technical support. Leslie is our Lead Technical Specialist, as well as our WordPress Implementer and Administrator. She prioritizes and schedules problems, even escalating problems, when required, to the appropriately experienced technician. Throughout the process she records, tracks, and documents the help desk request problem-solving process to the final resolution. Leslie applies diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting as needed applies software updates, drivers, and keeps up to date on new technology.
