Leslie has over 36 years of experience in technical support. Leslie is our Help Desk Team Lead. Leslie prioritizes and schedules problems, even escalating problems, when required, to the appropriately experienced technician. Throughout the process she records, tracks, and documents the help desk request problem-solving process to the final resolution. Leslie applies diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting as needed applies software updates, drivers, and keeps up to date on new technology. Leslie is also our WordPress Implementer and Administrator.

Jim is an experienced IT Professional with 19+ years specializing in Enterprise back-office technology and end–user support.
